Terrible customer service

I ordered my product for next day delivery for an upcoming flight. The product shipped 6 days late and the only compensation offered by the company was to refund the cost of the excess shipping cost. There was no real apology or acknowledgment that the missed shipping meant it wasn’t able to be used for my upcoming flight. Will not order from them again.

It is ok but smaller than appears in photos

Easy way to inflate it, looks robust.
Probably too small and narrow for an 8 year old child
